Product Manager (Rx) | Remote or hybrid work

Delta Medical is currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager (Rx) to join our team in a remote or hybrid work mode.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (Marketing education is a plus)
• Has at least 2 years of proven experience in Rx product promotion
• Has hands-on experience in product launches (2+ years)
• Understands brand strategy development and execution
• Has experience managing P&L budgets
• Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Is results-oriented, proactive, flexible, and communicative
• Has Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English level

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans
• Achieve market share goals and drive brand awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, decision-makers, patients, and organizations
• Develop promotional and POS materials
• Plan and execute media campaigns
• Create content for field force activities (presentations, campaign books)
• Train and support the sales team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, regulatory, and other departments
• Manage budgets and work with external partners/vendors
