Customer Support Operator / Verification Specialist

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Support Operator who will also perform verification tasks for an online financial platform operating in the Alberta region (Canada).

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, verification, or a similar role.
• Previous experience as a Verification Specialist will be considered a strong advantage.
• English proficiency at С1 level (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze information and work with large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding loans, applications, and account-related issues.
• Verify and validate customer information and documentation.
• Review and analyze submitted data.
• Confirm loan disbursements to customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding verification and information confirmation.
• Maintain and update customer records in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and company standards.
