Customer Care Center Specialist (English language)

You are our candidate if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Know how to build a positive customer experience by finding the most effective solutions for client inquiries.
• Are proficient in English (B2+ level or higher).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming requests via phone, chatbots, and email.
• Communicating with international colleagues and delivery partners to solve customer issues.
• Working with other departments and escalating complex cases to department directors.
• Analyzing and fixing problems that occur during the shipment process.
• Managing the «Sorry Program» loyalty initiative: issuing and tracking gifts or promo codes.
• Handling customer claims, requesting re-evaluations, and providing feedback to clients.
• Coordinating with responsible teams within the group of companies to ensure quick solutions.
