What we sell:
JotLink is a rapidly growing AI business automation platform. We provide US and Canadian businesses with AI Voice Assistants that can handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, and replace Tier-1 support or SDR teams.
We don’t sell software; we sell massive payroll savings and 24/7 efficiency. The US market is extremely hungry for AI automation, and we need a Hunter to open doors for us.
Format: 100% Remote, Evening/Night Shift (EST Time Zone).
Your Role (The American Conveyor Model):
You are a pure Outbound Hunter. You do not close deals, sign contracts, or do technical support. 1. Your only product is a booked Zoom Demo with a qualified Decision Maker (CEO, Founder, VP of Sales). 2. Our Senior Account Executives will take the Zoom call, do the pitch, and close the deal.
You break the ice, qualify the pain, book the calendar, and move to the next target.
Your Daily Tasks:
- High-volume outbound prospecting in the US & Canada (Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Cold Email).
- Bypassing gatekeepers to reach Decision Makers.
- Qualifying leads: ensuring the company has a real use case and budget for AI automation.
- Selling the value of a 15-minute discovery call.
- Flawless CRM management.
Who we are looking for:
- English level: Advanced/Fluent (C1-C2) is strictly mandatory. You must be able to speak with US business owners confidently, both written and spoken.
- Shift readiness: You must be comfortable working US hours (EST / PST time zones, approximately 16:00 — 00:00 Kyiv time).
- Experience: Previous B2B outbound SDR experience targeting the US/European market is a huge plus.
- Thick skin: You eat rejections for breakfast and know that sales is a numbers game.
Money & Conditions:
- Fixed Base Pay in USD (for discipline, activity metrics, and CRM hygiene).
- High Bonus for EVERY qualified meeting (SQL) that takes place.
- A normal pace (1−2 qualified meetings a day) will easily bring you $800 — $1500+ per month. There is no cap.
- 100% remote work.
