About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our Truck & Trailer Repair Shop’s customers and ensure smooth communication throughout the service process. This role is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email;

• Maintain regular communication with customers, including scheduling appointments, providing repairs' updates and invoices;

• Administer the CRM system and keep the information up to date;

• Coordinate with internal team members to make sure customer requests are handled on time;

• Support other repair-related tasks when needed.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in customer support, call handling, account management, or a similar role;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and politely with customers;

• Strong multitasking skill and attention to detail;

• Communication with foreign customers would be a plus.

Employment conditions:

• Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;

• Afternoon schedule — 16:00 — 01:00 (with one hour to relocate)
