We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant who thrives on keeping financial processes under control, loves order in numbers and documentation, and is ready to become a reliable pillar of our finance team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

📊 Bank Operations & Treasury

• Record bank transactions in the management accounting system on a daily basis.
• Conduct regular reconciliations with treasury reports.

🤝 Counterparties & Intercompany Accounting

• Manage settlements with counterparties: record expenses in the accounting system and conduct regular reconciliations with partners.
• Request, verify, and properly store all supporting documentation for services rendered.
• Perform and reconcile intercompany transactions and cross-project settlements.

💻 Asset Management & Expense Reports

• Maintain accounting for IT equipment/hardware: perform weekly reconciliations with the warehouse management software and update data in 1C.
• Process and close advance/expense reports, ensuring all supporting documentation for expenses is accurately stored.

📑 Taxes & Sole Proprietorship (FOP) Maintenance

• Accrue tax expenses within the management accounting framework.
• Provide full-cycle accounting for Ukrainian Sole Proprietorships (FOPs): generating invoices, paying taxes, and submitting tax returns on time.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role (Middle+/Senior level).
• Strong proficiency in 1C and MS Excel.
• Practical experience managing Ukrainian Private Entrepreneurs (FOP) and a solid understanding of intercompany settlements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a systematic approach to work, and the ability to process large volumes of financial data.
