What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real client vacancies — from sourcing to offer stage

• Use Recruo’s AI tools — automated CV scoring, AI screening interviews, smart candidate ranking and many other

• Communicate with international clients in English
• Provide structured product feedback — your real recruiting experience directly shapes our AI features
• Keep candidate and pipeline data accurate within the ATS

What we’re looking for

• Some experience in recruitment or HR (internship or 3+ months counts — tell us about it)

• English at B2 level or above — you’ll be writing to and speaking with international clients regularly
• Comfort with digital tools and a genuine interest in how AI can improve hiring workflows
• Structured communication style — you document clearly and follow up without reminders

Nice to have

• Previous use of AI tools in a work context (ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, sourcing tools)
• Experience closing tech roles (software engineers, QA, product, data)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar)
