We are a fast-growing Amazon and TikTok e-commerce company operating four brands — MyMed, DermaTwist, Zenooze, and Arbon — across the beauty, fitness, and tools categories. MyMed alone is on track to exceed $1.5M in revenue this year. We source all products through a trusted sourcing agent in China and work with a dedicated freight forwarder. Our team is small, ambitious, and remote-first. We move fast, we build processes as we grow, and we expect everyone to take full ownership of their area.

💫About the role

We are looking for our first dedicated Supply Chain Manager — someone who will own the entire supply chain process end to end. This is a full-time, remote position. You will be working directly with the founder and a small operations team. The right person is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about building clean processes from the ground up. Experience with Amazon FBA supply chains is a strong advantage.

💫What We Are Looking For:

• 1−3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations
• You have a system for everything and nothing falls through the cracks
• You do not wait to be told. You flag problems before they become emergencies
• Clear, concise written English. Daily communication with our team and occasionally with suppliers
• Experience with Google Sheets and Excel
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you help build what does not exist yet

💫What you will own:

• Supplier communication: coordinating with our China-based sourcing agent on orders, samples, timelines and quality
• Purchase order management: placing orders, tracking proforma invoices, managing payment schedules (deposits and balances)
• Freight and forwarding: coordinating with our forwarder, chasing tracking numbers, managing shipment documentation
• Inventory planning and forecasting: monitoring stock levels across Amazon FBA and our 3PL warehouse, flagging reorder points in advance
• Amazon/3PL split support: preparing shipment data for review, coordinating with the brand manager on inventory allocation
• Tracker maintenance: keeping our supply chain tracker up to date at all times
• Sample management: coordinating new product samples from factories, tracking status and feedback
• Process building: helping us build and document clean, repeatable processes as we grow

➕Would be a plus:

• Amazon FBA experience
• Proficiency with Sellerboard or similar inventory tools
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools
