Safety Assistant (USA Logistics)

We are looking for a Safety Assistant to support our Safety Division and help keep our trucking operations compliant and organized. In this role, you will work closely with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure all safety documents, records, and compliance requirements are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety & Compliance — monitor driver activity (Samsara, HOS, inspections), identify violations, and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Driver Support & Training — conduct onboarding and retraining, support drivers with safety questions, and ensure all requirements (CDL, medical, DQ files) are up to date.
• Operations & Coordination — work closely with dispatch, fleet, and maintenance teams; resolve safety issues and support audits.
• Documentation & Reporting — maintain safety records, track metrics, assist with IFTA/mileage, and prepare basic reports.
• Administrative Support — use TMS and compliance systems to manage and organize documents; support the Safety Department with daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Stress-resistant, calm, and professional under pressure.
• Previous experience in trucking, dispatch, or safety — required
• Basic understanding of FMCSA, ELD, and HOS rules
• English level: B2 or higher
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

Schedule: Full-time | 15:00 — 00:00 (Kyiv Time) / 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM (CST)
