Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale our recruitment campaigns for owner-operators and company drivers across the U.S. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn ad spend into real drivers — not just clicks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage paid campaigns (primarily Facebook Ads) targeting CDL drivers in the U.S.
• Build and optimizeCRM workflows (email/SMS sequences, tags, automations)
• Run SMS & email campaigns to engage and convert leads
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads
• Create or coordinate basic ad creatives and copy
• Stay on top of ad policies, trends, and targeting strategies

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager (U.S. market preferred)
• Hands-on experience withCRM tools (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email & SMS marketing best practices
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Results-driven mindset — you care about leads, not just impressions

Schedule: Monday — Friday I 16:00—01:00 (Kyiv time) I 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (CST)
