Technical support engineer

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Working Model: Full-time / Remote work Location: Ukraine — Kyiv （home office)

We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical team in Ukraine. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our products
• Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex problems
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical materials in Ukraine
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving
• Report common issues and customer feedback to the product and R&D teams for improvements

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken).
2. At least 2 years of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field.
3. Able to travel locally with a valid driving license.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
