Business Assistant to the Company Owner / Operations & Project Assistant

Costa Cover (CostaCover) is a U.S.-based company specializing in the production and sale of wallpapers and wall murals. We create our own designs, collaborate with artists, and sell through Shopify and Etsy. Our main market is the United States, but we also ship orders worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Business Assistant to the Company Owner — someone who will support daily operations, help manage and control tasks, and participate in the development of new business directions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Add new products to the website and marketplaces on a weekly basis.
  • Update the product line: descriptions, prices, categories, images, and product details.
  • Assign tasks to employees and contractors, and monitor deadlines and quality of execution.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, internal guidelines, and working documents.
  • Research the market, competitors, trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Participate in the launch of new products, collections, and projects.
  • Prepare presentations, emails, proposals, and materials for partners.
  • Support the development of the company’s charitable direction: communicate with schools, centers, and partners; organize Zoom meetings; and monitor project stages.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can structure information, manage processes, and bring tasks to completion.

Important qualifications:

  • English level C1 or higher.
  • Experience as a business assistant, project/operations assistant, or project coordinator is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Independence, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Ability to assign tasks, follow up, and monitor execution.
  • Interest in e-commerce, design, interior products, and business development.

Work Format

You will be joining a growing U.S.-based company in the design, e-commerce, and interior products industry. The role includes a variety of tasks — from daily operations to participation in the launch of new business directions.

Work Schedule: The position requires regular communication with the company owner during working hours in the Florida, USA time zone — Eastern Time. The exact schedule will be discussed individually.
