Laflei S.L. is an international company developing projects in the fields of premium tourism, luxury mobility, and technological solutions for the vehicle rental industry. The company brings together several brands and digital products focused on delivering high-quality services to clients across different countries.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (B2C, Premium Segment) to join our RentLuxeCar project — an international premium car rental service operating across Europe.

RentLuxeCar works with clients who value comfort, speed, and high-level service — from entrepreneurs and business travelers to public figures. We provide not just cars, but a full-service experience with attention to every detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming client requests (website, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
  • Consulting clients and selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences
  • Selling premium car rental services and additional services
  • Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure
  • Working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate deal tracking
  • Coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and working with repeat requests
  • Maintaining a high level of communication and service standards

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Proven experience in sales (B2C or B2B)
  • Experience working with high-ticket products or premium segment clients
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to close deals and take responsibility for results
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Understanding of key sales metrics: conversion, average check, repeat sales
  • English — B2+ level or higher (required)
  • Fluent Russian is important as part of daily communication takes place with colleagues and candidates from various countries, including Kazakhstan, Moldova, and other markets where it is commonly used
  • Italian or Spanish — will be a strong advantage
