We sell online — currently 100% Amazon FBA, wholesale model, 7-figure annual revenue. We’re heavy in beauty and grocery categories, but not limited to them.

What you’ll actually do

We’re looking for a buyer / procurement agent. The work is straightforward:

1. Analyze spreadsheets from distributor catalogs
2. Run product prices through our profitability app to see what’s worth buying
3. Reach out to distributors and negotiate a better price 🙂

That’s the core loop. Not rocket science — but it does require attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and patience with spreadsheets.

You’re a good fit if…

• Terms like Keepa, Seller Central, ASIN, wholesale, or dropshipping sound familiar (or you’re motivated to learn them fast)
• You’re comfortable working in Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, filters, sorting large lists
• You’re curious about using AI tools to speed up routine work
• Your English is intermediate or better (written — you’ll be emailing US distributors, we just can chat in English for fun lol)
• You can stay focused during a full workday of analytical tasks

The offer

• 100% remote
• Schedule: 10:00—19:00 (not sharp, flexible) Kyiv time (with a lunch break)
• Probation: 3 months, paid — $250 / $300 / $350 per month (rising each month)
• After probation: salary grows based on performance and the deals you close
• Long-term role with a stable, profitable company
