Motion designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motion designer who will work closely with media buyers to create dynamic and engaging video ads. Combines strong motion design skills with a performance marketing-driven approach and has high motivation to experiment, improve, and scale successful creative concepts.

What You Will Do:

• Create dynamic performance video ads for META (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns.
• Develop static ad creatives for different marketing angles and funnels.
• Generate ideas, test new hypotheses, and iterate based on performance results.
• Scale successful creative concepts across multiple campaigns and variations.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience (confident in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, etc.).
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and what makes ads convert.
• Ability to quickly adapt creatives based on testing.
• Ability to feel pacing, work with trends, and create ads that capture and hold attention.

What You Can Expect:

• Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).
• 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00—17:00 and 10:00—19:00.
