What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and monitor freight shipments across the USA.
• Communicate with English-speaking brokers, carriers, and drivers via phone and email.
• Process transportation documents and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve operational issues and keep deliveries running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Confident computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Office).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
