Senior Test, Validation Engineer

ARX Ukraine is looking for an experienced test engineer to join a team shaping the future of autonomous systems for both defense and civilian applications. Our rapidly expanding company, specializing in autonomous unmanned systems and sensors, is looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Test Engineer to drive innovation in our growing Kyiv team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement field testing methodologies, validation procedures, and acceptance criteria for autonomous robotic systems and their mechanical and control subsystems.
• Plan, organize, and conduct internal, field and operational tests for unmanned ground platforms.

• Analyze, document, and systematize testing results, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations as for both mechanical and control subsystems.

• Participate in the development, evaluation, and implementation of new technical solutions aimed at improving overall system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with the overall company`s teams to ensure efficient validation and integration of new features and improvements.
• Organize and conduct complex technical training, including repair and maintenance procedures and exercises for operators and technical personnel.

• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of technical issues identified during testing and operation.

Qualifications:

• Technical education in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or related fields as well as background in robotics will be a plus.

• Strong experience in developing testing methodologies and validation processes for complex both mechanical and control systems is a mast.

• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuit faults is a must.

• Experience in technical documentation creating, structured analysis, and reporting of test results.

• Proven experience in organizing and conducting of technical trainings for direct users.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience of teams managing and coordinating personnel in multitask environments.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel for business trips across Ukraine.

• Both driver’s license and driving experience on a mechanical gearbox are mandatory.

• English communication skills — fluent.
