Content Manager Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Assistant to support our content and marketing team. This role is primarily focused on content organization, content publishing, and maintaining accurate project records across multiple platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Content Management & Tracking

• Maintain and regularly update company content spreadsheets and databases.
• Track project progress, publication status, and content availability across platforms.
• Ensure all project information, links, files, and records remain accurate and up to date.
• Required Adobe Photoshop experience, including image editing, perspective correction, photo alignment and blending, adding branding elements, and working with company templates.

Content Publishing

• Upload and manage content on the company website (WordPress).
• Upload content to third-party platforms, including Pinterest, Yelp, and other marketing channels.
• Verify that published content displays correctly and contains all required information.
• Monitor publication status and report missing or incomplete content.

File Organization

• Organize and maintain photo, video, and document libraries.
• Manage content stored in Google Drive and other company storage systems.
• Follow company naming conventions and file organization standards.
• Locate and prepare files requested by the Content Manager or other team members.

Team Support

• Follow established workflows, instructions, and checklists.
• Assist the Content Manager with day-to-day content-related tasks.
• Perform additional administrative and content-support activities as needed.

Requirements

• Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and web-based tools.
• Reliable, responsible, and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Good written English.

Image Editing & Design

• Experience creating, adapting, and editing marketing materials based on company brand guidelines.
• Ability to work with both ready-made templates and original designs.
• Preparing branded images, brochures, flyers, banners, thumbnails, and other promotional materials.
• Adding and adjusting visual elements, text, logos, and layouts while maintaining a consistent brand appearance.

Content & Copy Support

• Proofreading and checking content for spelling, grammar, and formatting issues.
• Formatting content for different platforms.
• Preparing content based on project information and technical specifications.
