Status Truck & Trailer Repair is a trusted commercial truck and trailer repair shop serving Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We specialize in keeping fleets, owner-operators, and commercial vehicles on the road with reliable repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and build long-term relationships with commercial transportation businesses.

Position Summary

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound cold calls, prospecting new business, creating marketing content, and building relationships with fleet managers, owner-operators, trucking companies, manufacturers, and logistics businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through daily cold calling.
• Identify and contact:
  • Trucking fleets
  • Owner-operators
  • Logistics companies
  • Manufacturers
  • Distribution companies
  • Construction companies
  • Leasing companies
  • Government and municipal fleets
• Build relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers.
• Schedule appointments and introduce Status Truck & Trailer Repair services.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, contacts, and follow-up activities.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Research new business opportunities within the commercial transportation industry.
• Create engaging social media content to promote company services.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as:
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
• Develop marketing ideas, promotions, and customer outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and lead generation.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the trucking, diesel repair, transportation, or fleet industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and fleet managers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Experience creating social media content is preferred.
• Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
