About Us We are a premier plastic surgery practice located in Tampa, Florida. We specialize in advanced aesthetic procedures, including awake surgical techniques, body contouring and facial rejuvenation. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to help showcase our transformative work and educate our growing audience.

The Role We are seeking an SMM Manager with a strong eye for aesthetics and a talent for storytelling to manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We will provide all the raw materials—including unedited before-and-after photos, behind-the-scenes clinic footage, and in-surgery video clips. Your job is to take these assets and turn them into highly engaging, polished content that promotes our practice and highlights our expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing: Edit raw photos and video footage into dynamic, engaging posts and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that align with our brand identity.
• Consistent Posting: Develop and publish a minimum of 2−3 high-quality posts per week across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strategy & Growth: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to increase engagement, expand our follower base, and drive patient inquiries.
• Brand Storytelling: Highlight our unique offerings, such as our focus on awake surgery and metabolic health, transforming technical medical concepts into accessible, engaging social media content.
• Visual Standards: Apply basic photo editing to before-and-after galleries to ensure professional, accurate, and appealing presentations while maintaining medical integrity.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the medical, aesthetic, or beauty industry.
• Strong proficiency in short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools) and basic photo editing.
• A strategic thinker who stays current with social media trends, audios, and platform algorithms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take raw concepts and footage and independently produce ready-to-post content.
• Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a highly professional tone that respects patient privacy and medical standards.
