About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy executive at a fast-growing private jet company. This is a role for someone who takes initiative, works well under pressure, and handles a wide range of tasks with professionalism and discretion.

What You’ll Do

Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments
Handle email, correspondence, and follow-ups
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Organize documents, files, and records
Assist with personal and business errands and tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and team members

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Reliable, discreet, and proactive
Comfortable with common tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, messaging apps)

Availability in the afternoon or evening (Ukraine time) to overlap with US Central Time
