Now we’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who genuinely loves content and wants to grow together with us.

You don’t need years of experience.

You don’t need to know every social media trick.

But you must enjoy creating content, following trends, understanding what works, and constantly asking yourself:

💛 About the role

You’ll help us grow Verba’s organic presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who already spends way too much time analyzing brands, creators, posts, Reels, and LinkedIn content — and wants to turn that curiosity into a career.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, designer, TikTok Manager and marketing team.

We’re happy to teach many things.

Curiosity and initiative are much harder to teach.

🚀 What you’ll do

Content Creation (50%)

• Research content ideas
• Write captions, scenarios and carousel copy
• Create simple visuals yourself in Figma or Canva when needed
• Repurpose existing content into new formats
• Help turn product updates and founder ideas into engaging social posts

Research (30%)

• Analyze competitors
• Research creators and AI products
• Look for trends worth adapting
• Study viral posts and understand why they worked
• Collect references and inspiration for future content

Analytics & Growth (20%)

• Monitor post performance
• Track engagement and reach
• Suggest improvements
• Participate in content planning
• Help us continuously improve our social media strategy
