Finance Manager (iGaming)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial management. (IT experience — must have)
• Practical knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to prepare and interpret P&L, Cash Flow, and other financial reports, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting.
• Experience working with suppliers, service providers, and cross-functional finance teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency payment processes and digital financial operations.
• Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (B2-C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process by preparing budgets, forecasts, and expense plans for ongoing projects.
• Track financial performance, evaluate key metrics, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
• Ensure accurate management of operational payments, subscriptions, and vendor-related expenses.
• Coordinate financial activities and monitor task execution using Jira.
• Analyze spending patterns, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes to strengthen profitability and operational effectiveness.
