    We’re Hiring: Growth Marketing Manager — AcidSoft

    We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to help our clients and products grow through data-driven marketing strategies, user acquisition, and continuous optimization.

    You will work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product growth — helping mobile applications attract, engage, and retain users.

    What you will do:

    • Develop and execute growth strategies for mobile applications
    • Build and optimize user acquisition funnels
    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
    • Perform App Store Optimization (ASO) and improve app store conversion rates
    • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, and engagement metrics
    • Set up and work with analytics tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4, etc.)
    • Create growth hypotheses and run experiments (A/B testing, onboarding improvements, pricing tests, etc.)
    • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
    • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to improve growth metrics

    What we are looking for:

    • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, mobile marketing, or performance marketing
    • Proven experience growing mobile apps or digital products
    • Strong understanding of user acquisition channels and performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention)
    • Experience with ASO and app store optimization
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to independently plan, execute, and improve marketing initiatives
    • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with subscription-based apps
    • Experience with startups and fast-growing products
    • Knowledge of mobile analytics platforms
    • Experience with lifecycle marketing, push notifications, and retention strategies
