Our mission is to transform the way packages move between cities by combining advanced technology, independent drivers, strategic retail partnerships, and future autonomous vehicle integration.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help build the SPRINTER brand and support our growth in the U.S. market.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international startup at an early stage and make a meaningful impact as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the company website
• Build brand awareness and strengthen SPRINTER’s online presence
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
• Use AI tools to create marketing content, graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
• Support customer acquisition and driver recruitment campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities
• Work directly with the Founder & CEO on marketing strategy and promotional initiative

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing is preferred
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Startup experience is an advantage but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $ 2, 000 per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to USD $1, 000 per month, based on achieving agreed marketing performance goals and KPIs
