About the Role

We are looking for an organized AI Operations Manager to help manage AI projects & Teams, On the technical side, You know how to use AI Tools, Skills and agents.

What You Will Do

Project Management

• Plan timelines, priorities, and milestones.
• Coordinate teams, schedules, progress.
• maintain clear notes/SOPs & PRDs.

AI Operations

• Improve AI workflows, skills, and prompts.
• Configure AI assistants and agents.
• Test AI behavior and improve performance.
• Research tools and suggest better automation.

You Are

• Strong in spoken English.
• Organized, reliable, and responsible.
• Clear with technical and non-technical people.
• Fast-learning, proactive, and improvement-minded.

AI Experience

It is a strong advantage if you have experience:

• Creating AI skills and prompt libraries.
• Building AI workflows and automations.
• Configuring AI assistants, memory, instructions, and knowledge bases.

Basic knowledge of JSON, Markdown, YAML, APIs, Git, or MCP is a plus
