💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Finding and booking profitable Expedite loads (DAT 360)
• Planning efficient routes and maximizing truck productivity
• Communicating daily with drivers via phone, SMS, and email
• Negotiating rates and building strong relationships with brokers
• Reacting quickly to market changes and solving operational challenges
• Managing multiple trucks while keeping service quality high
• Working closely with a supportive team focused on results

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• 2+ years of Expedite Dispatch experience
• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English
• Experience with DAT, Sylectus, and RingCentral (a plus)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to grow professionally and take ownership
