Remote Truck Dispatcher (US Market)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and highly communicative Truck Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.

This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in the U.S. trucking industry who enjoys talking on the phone, negotiating with brokers, building relationships with drivers, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

If you are comfortable making dozens of calls every day, handling objections, negotiating rates, and keeping drivers moving, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Book freight with freight brokers and load boards.
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day.
• Negotiate load rates with brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and owner-operators.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
• Track loads and provide updates.
• Resolve delivery issues and delays.
• Handle high-volume phone communication professionally.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Work closely with the operations team to maximize truck profitability.

Requirements

• Previous Truck Dispatcher experience is required (US trucking industry).
• Experience communicating with freight brokers and truck drivers.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, dispatch software, etc.).
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate to Fluent, C1 or higher).

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Monday — Friday.
• Work during U.S. business hours.
• Remote work.
