    We hire for attitude and ability to learn. We can teach our business, but we cannot teach professionalism, reliability, or a strong work ethic. We are a growing U.S.-based service company looking for an exceptional Operations & Executive Assistant to become an important part of our team.

    This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We’re looking for someone who is intelligent, organized, proactive, and eager to learn our business. If you’re the type of person who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and taking ownership of your work, we’d like to hear from you.

    Salary

    Starting Salary: $1,100-$1300 USD per month (based on experience and English proficiency)

    Performance Review after 6 months: Opportunity to increase to $1,400 -$1600 USD per month based on performance and ability to work independently.

    What You’ll Do

    • Answer incoming phone calls from customers
    • Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
    • Manage company emails using Microsoft Outlook
    • Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
    • Coordinate daily operations and keep schedules organized
    • Support management with administrative and operational tasks
    • Learn our industry so you can confidently answer customer questions and coordinate service calls
    • Help improve processes and keep operations running smoothly

    Software You’ll Use

    Experience is a plus, but the ability to learn quickly is more important.

    You’ll work with:

    • RingCentral
    • Google Voice
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • QuickBooks
    • Company management software (training provided)

    Requirements

    • Fluent spoken and written English (Required)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional phone etiquette
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Fast learner with excellent computer skills
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
    • Available during U.S. business hours
