Finance manager (International work)

We are looking for a responsible Finance Manager with proven experience within an international company. As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing a company’s accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

The main goals of the financial manager’s role is to provide the company with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of the business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

Requirements might include:

• education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• at least 1 years of experience in accounting or financial management;
• experience working with Payroll;
• English — B1 and higher.

Skills and Knowledge:

• 1+ years of experience in preparing financial reporting in the IT field;
• Expert in Google Spreadsheets or Excel;
• experience drafting and handling contracts (e.g., NDA, acceptance, and release agreements);
• familiarity with invoicing processes, payroll calculation, and payments distribution.

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with systems QuickBooks, Xolo;

Soft skills:

• attention to detail and precision;
• high level of responsibility and organizational skills;
• ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, particularly for monthly payroll cycles and invoicing;
• ability to explain financial issues clearly and respond to client inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:

• monthly financial statement preparation (PL & CF);
• issuance and sending of invoices for clients, MSA & NDA preparation;
• payroll calculation and processing ;
• TMs onboarding & offboarding on financial matters;
• communication with customers and contractors of companies in financial matters.
