Your Mission

You won’t simply recruit employees.

You will help us build an international recruitment and talent development system.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Publishing vacancies on job platforms.
• Searching for candidates worldwide.
• Screening and interviewing applicants.
• Managing candidate onboarding and adaptation.
• Building talent pipelines.
• Promoting our educational programs through social media.
• Helping candidates choose the right career path.
• Working with Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Contributing to the growth of our international HR department.

Career Growth

This is not a position with a fixed ceiling.

If you demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and measurable results, you will have the opportunity to grow through the following stages:

• Recruiter
• Senior Recruiter
• HR Manager
• HR Team Lead
• HR Business Partner
• HR Director

As our company expands into new countries, our goal is to appoint leaders from within our own team whenever possible.

No Experience?

That’s perfectly fine.

If you don’t have recruiting experience but you’re highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to work hard, we are willing to train you from scratch.

You’ll receive practical training, mentorship, and real business tasks that will help you build a professional career in international HR.

Already Have Experience?

If you’ve worked in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, employer branding, or people operations, we’d love to hear from you.
