Accounts payable supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments to open invoices
• Analyze open balances and overdue items to support the collection process and minimize bad debts
• Prepare customer account reconciliations
• Generate regular reports and support ad hoc reporting requests
• Perform checks and controls in accordance with internal standards and procedures
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure process timeliness and accuracy, conduct root cause analysis of issues, and support problem resolution

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar accounting software will be considered an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
