💙 What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and finding the best solutions. In this role, you will:

• 2 years of experience in the field.
• Purchase construction materials based on project requirements.
• Reach best possible deals with suppliers.
• Constantly research suppliers and producers, introduce new options
• Be up to date regarding latest construction solutions and look for project improvements
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery terms, and availability.
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier pricing database.
• Prepare supporting documentation for project closeout.
• Keep procurement documentation organized and up to date.
• Proactively look to improve supply chains and consolidate purchases

🌟 We’d Love to Meet Someone Who

• Has a higher education degree in a technical or economics-related field.
• Has experience as a Procurement Manager, Supply Manager in the construction industry with Ukraine, Europe, China.
• Has a good understanding of the construction materials market, including suppliers, products, and pricing.
• Has a good understanding of construction process, be able to foresee issues
• Can read and understand construction specifications and identify the required materials.
• Enjoys communicating and negotiating with suppliers.
• Has experience working with public or government-funded construction projects (this is a strong plus).
• Is confident using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams.
• Has English at a B1 (Intermediate) level.
