Team Lead SMM

About the Role

We are looking for a  Team Lead Social Media to drive and scale our global social media presence across international markets for our brands — Satisfyer and GESKE.

This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on content expertise, and content creation. You will lead a team of social media managers and creators while shaping the overall direction for our brands in  Sexual Wellness and BeautyTech.

You will work on global platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong focus on Europe and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of social media managers and content creators

• Define and execute global social media strategies across multiple brands

• Translate brand and business goals into scalable content systems

• Oversee content planning, production, and performance across platforms

• Ensure consistent quality, tone, and positioning across all markets

• Analyze performance and continuously optimize content and strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, performance, retail) to actively support and enable sales through social media

• Drive the integration of AI into content creation workflows

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Hands-on experience in creating high-performing social content

• Practical experience using video editing tools (Capcut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or a similar program) and image/graphic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or a similar program)

• Strong understanding of global audiences, especially EU and US markets

• Ability to think strategically while staying execution-focused

• Experience in fast-paced, high-output content environments

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) — Mandatory

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — Nice to have, not mandatory
