Dispatch, Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is required.
• Experience working with booking/scheduling software (CRM systems) is required.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience handling customer complaints and conflict resolution.
• Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts. Create and publish posts, job advertisements, and promotional content. Post and manage job openings for cleaning technicians across various hiring platforms and social media. Respond to inquiries from potential cleaners and schedule interviews. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new cleaning staff. Help maintain the company’s online presence and brand image.

Work conditions:

• Fully remote position.
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM California time (PST/PDT), Saturdays if need it.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, text messages, and email. etc
• Coordinate schedules for cleaning technicians.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, and customer requests.
• Provide estimates and assist clients with service inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth communication between clients and cleaners.
• Resolve scheduling issues and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records in the booking system and CRM.
