Sales Manager (Remote) — Busy Bee Clean, London, UK

Busy Bee Clean is looking for a Remote Sales Manager who is confident in selling cleaning services, building strong and trusting relationships with clients, and managing each booking from the initial enquiry through to successful completion.

We are looking for more than just a salesperson. We want someone who will become an important part of our team, genuinely care about our clients, and help us maintain a consistently high standard of service.

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling the company’s cleaning services, with a particular focus on End of Tenancy Cleaning and Deep Cleaning.
• Communicating with clients by phone, messaging apps, and email.
• Organising and fully managing bookings from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinating cleaners while cleaning services are being carried out.
• Responding quickly to any questions, issues, or unexpected situations.
• Managing and coordinating regular domestic cleaning bookings.
• Monitoring service quality and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Who We Are Looking For

• Someone with previous sales experience; experience within the cleaning industry would be an advantage.
• A person who understands clients, can identify their needs, and knows how to provide a personalised approach.
• A team player who genuinely cares about results and the company’s reputation.
• An excellent communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Someone calm, patient, and able to work well under pressure and handle challenging or conflict situations professionally.
• A responsible and well-organised person who is comfortable working independently.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Fluent Russian, both spoken and written.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position.
• You will be working with clients and properties located in London, UK.
• Flexible working schedule; however, you must be prepared to work occasionally at weekends when required due to cleaning schedules or urgent issues.
• Salary: minimum $800 per month or 15% of the value of completed cleaning jobs, whichever is higher.
