HR Specialist (US market)

We are U.S. based logistics company operating in the American trucking industry. We are currently looking for HR Specialist to join our team and work with an existing database of potential candidates

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers by phone and messaging.
• Conduct initial candidate screening according to company requirements.
• Assist drivers with registration and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Guide and support drivers throughout the onboarding process.
• Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, sales, customer support, or a similar role is a plus.
• English — B2+ (confident spoken English is required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and results-oriented.
• Confident PC user with good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Stable internet connection and a backup power source.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM (Kyiv time)

Compensation

• Starting salary: $500/month + performance-based bonuses.
