Requirements:

1.Fluent working proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

2.Good English proficiency (can be used as a working language), capable of independently conducting business communication and document processing;

3.Work Experience:More than 3 years of sales, marketing, or PR-related work experience in the energy, chemical, or power equipment sector;

4.Industry Resources: Possess a certain network of contacts and customer base in Ukraine’s power, chemical, or energy industry;

5.Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the operation and procurement processes of Ukraine’s local power systems, chemical industry, and energy infrastructure;

6.Travel Willingness: Able to adapt to a certain level of travel arrangements (within Ukraine and potential overseas trips).

Responsibilities:

Sales Direction

1. Responsible for market development and sales of the company’s energy, chemical, power and other industry-related equipment in Ukraine;

2.Develop and maintain customer relationships with local power companies, chemical enterprises, energy groups, EPC general contractors, and equipment procurement departments;

3. Follow up on project information, promote bidding work, and coordinate with the internal technical support team to complete technical solutions and quotations;

4. Conduct regular market research, analyze policy trends in Ukraine’s energy and power sectors, infrastructure renewal plans, and equipment procurement demands, and prepare market analysis reports;

5.Complete the company’s assigned sales targets and report sales progress on a regular basis.

PR Direction

1.Responsible for the company’s brand promotion and public relations maintenance in Ukraine;

2.Establish and maintain good communication with local industry associations, government departments, media, and partners;

3. Organize or participate in industry exhibitions, technical exchange meetings, product promotion events, and other activities;

4.Assist in handling the company’s government affairs and compliance-related matters in Ukraine;

5.Maintain the company’s image on local social media and industry platforms.

Work Location: Nationwide Ukraine

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cooperation with Chinese enterprises or Chinese-manufactured equipment;
• Understanding of Ukraine’s government procurement regulations and bidding processes for large state-owned enterprises;
• Experience in participating in international projects;
• Possess a certain technical background, able to understand equipment technical parameters and conduct technical discussions with customers;
• Hold a valid local driver’s license.
