Technical & Service director
Schindler Ukraine just established in 2004 and had five employees. Right after join company, I’ve
successfully organized of Schindler own installation and maintenance/support departments (from 0 – to 50
people)
As a result:
- quality & safety, customer satisfaction and company reputation increased
- terminated unprofitable and dependent contracts with some subcontractors
- Increase company sales & market share (especially in the beginning result multiplies doble then year to
year continue to do so).
- Schindler won contracts to supply equipment for big projects in Kyiv and regions
- company’s awareness improved in Ukraine, so increased orders on hand
- expanding presents in regions which allow to cover more potential customers, so won contracts
- competitors have recognized Schindler as a serious player on the Ukrainian market, so begun to respect
I’m actively promoting Schindler equipment and have personal success such as:
- Shopping mall in Mykolaiv (full replacement old escalators to Schindler)
- Shopping mall in Vinnitsa (full replacement escalators &elevators to Schindler)
- Modernization (Vinnitsa) of escalators (old) to Schindler controllers
- Won service contracts (Kyiv, Lviv, Kryvyi Rig, Lutsk, Bukovel, Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipro etc.)
Miscellanea:
- Startup of internal training organization
- actively participating in finding a solution of difficult technical and organization issues.
- leaded up to 10 of projects (organization and technical parts);
- trained by Schindler on different types of elevators & escalators with transferring of knowledge to fitters
and technicians.
- two years shared responsibilities of position Safety & Health manager.
- hiring new technical and managing personal, actively promoting people to new opportunities and higher
position.
- prepared successors for both position (Technical Director and Service Director);
- regularly achieved the company’s target and budget.
