Career Summary:

After termination of industrial institute in 1984 I had a military service in the Soviet
Army 1,5 years. A speciality - operator of radar-tracking station.

After termination a military service I worked the manager by laboratory of the
automated and computerized control systems on faculty of microelectronic in
industrial institute. The basic occupation - development of the computerized
command systems for designing elements of microelectronics.

In 1988 I has passed on work in Aeroflot airline and than, after Ukrainian
independance – in Air Ukraine airlines by the Chief of Information Centre. The

basic occupation - creation of the computerized control system of booking and
sale of the air tickets.

In 1994 I has passed on work in Joint Stock commercial bank on a post of the Vice-
President. The basic occupation - development and creation of computerized
system of control the daily bank activities.

In 1995 by the invitation of administration of the Boryspil State international
airport I has passed to work at the Boryspil Airport International on a post of the
Chief of the Airport Operations Control. The basic occupation – season scheduling
and daily flights planning, organization of ground handling activities, operational
control of all activities of airport, development of the computerized control system
of the airport. I have the copyright certificate of Ukraine on the computerized
control system of the airport – Total Airport Management System, TAMS.

From 2000 till October 2011 I was a Deputy General Director of the Boryspil
Airport International. The basic occupation – Airport Operations, coordination of
Ground Handling activities, and coordination other enterprises, project
management of development of the total airport management systems. My main
responsibilities were Airport Ground Handling Operations, Airport Slot Co-
ordinations, IT – solutions for Airport Operations, Emergency Management,
Collaborative Decision Making, Airport Strategic Management, Airport Planning,
Airport Ground Handling Operations.

From January till April of 2012 I was at the beginning a Deputy of Managing
Director at Moscow Domodedovo Airport Slot Allocation, and then, till June of
2012 - a Managing Director at Moscow Domodedovo Airport International. My
main responsibilities were Airport Operation, Airfield Management and Airport
Development.

From 2009 I have joined to IATA Aviation Training and Development Institute (ITDI)
as Airport Management and Ground Handling expert and instructor of Airport
Operations. Since April 2009 till present time on behalf of IATA I had many courses
and teach a lot of students from different airports as well airlines around the
World.
