HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT: Unlock influencer marketing for lead generation

I’ve tested several influencer promos by myself. When I understood it’s scaleable, we started hiring a dedicated person for this position. 20 interviews with candidates for the position were conducted, 5 test assignments were received, and 1 person was hired. Then we tested ±10 different niches (like travel, lifestyle, tech), found the most stable ones, and launched full-scale promo campaigns for our free products. Results:
• Channel revenue grew from 0$ to XXXXX$ monthly;
• influencer marketing was unlocked as a channel with stable ROI;
• we found a model for stable lead generation with constant A/B tests.
