Experience: Trans Stone LLC Jun 2022 -Feb 2023: I did calculation of several options for delivery schemes
(truck/air/sea) and selected of the optimal one, did search for carriers and special transport,
transshipment/reshipment, inspection and control of the complete package of documents.
Translations of all documents and instructions. Work in 1C (creating new items in the
nomenclature, orders from supplier, goods in transit, adjusting dates, closing orders, creating
incoming orders, pricing, payment invoices, etc.). Daily communication with forwarders, brokers,
accountants, warehouses, sales managers and maintenance of relevant tables and reports. Work
with courier services, parcel control. Preparation of documents for customs clearance, calculation
of payments. Budgeting, plan and control of payments for each transport operation and customs
clearance. Cooperation with suppliers (placing orders for production, fixing complaints, tracking
marketing products, balance of payments). Weekly requests for calculations of delivery, customs
clearance, costs. Weekly report on dates, production readiness and cargo deliveries. Monthly report
on budget, KPI, compliance with delivery terms, comparison with past prices, dates, costs, analysis
and explanation of reasons, formation of appropriate tables with data and percentages, diagrams,
graphs. Creation of a global quarterly report for each country based on monthly reports.
Aurora Dec 2021 - Feb 2022 : When working in pharma company the main duties were to
coordinate conditions and terms of delivery with factories and production plants of the raw
materials, to make FCL or LCL single containers or lots, to choose the best optimal route and
forwarders, multimodal, air, car, sea transportation directly to the clients door or via consolidated
warehouses in the EU, also dangerous goods deliveries, to inspect all ports fees, charges and
warehousing services, to control accounts and invoices, to cooperate with customs brokers and
provide them with a set of documents for customs and phytosanitary procedures, to keep
accounting of all deliveries and internal documents for the finance department.
Glovo Oct 2021 - Dec 2021 : The main responsibilities were to create the document flow with
suppliers, to complete package of documents for accounting department, to coordinate the dates and
routes of deliveries and returns with the supplier, to control of quantity and quality of deliveries
(quantity of goods, SKU, amount), to communicate with managers of 16 darkstores, to upload new
goods and barcodes into the general database and remove old ones.
WOCO Sep 2018 - May 2021: Partnership with such companies as Volkswagen group including
Porsche, Audi, Bentley; Daimler including Mercedes -Benz and-AMG; Jaguar Land Rover. Also
with Brambles and CHEP, Global logistics Gefco ,Magna International, Valmet Automotive. My
job was to know and to control the usage of all the packaging materials at the plant, to know what
kind of boxes can be applied for the products and quickly replace one packaging for another in case
of absence according to the customers agreement. To track the presence of empty containers and
packaging at the plant. To order all the necessary empties from several suppliers in Hungary and
abroad in time. To coordinate all the steps with the production planner, project managers,
customers, warehouse, forwarders, team leaders of the production every day. To create working,
alternative, testing packaging instructions. To make a preliminary calculations how to place the
products in the box and what will be the total capacity per box and pallet. To inform colleagues
about changing in the packaging instructions or to teach the new ones. To register the packaging
instructions in the base, to agree all the data with quality department. To approve all the changes in
the packaging instructions by customers and upload them to their portals. To control all the
incoming and outgoing containers and packaging sets every day. To make corrections in case of
differences with customers and forwarders in time. To check reports, CMR, delivery notes,
invoices, the total quantity of empties, rental fee, returns. To take the inventory, to input all the data
to the base. To calculate the price of the current and new instructions. To compare and to analyze
the calculations, to improve or to make it cheaper. To send results to the head office in Germany.
To take part in the conferences, negotiations with the customers and colleagues from different
countries. To make documents and calculations in PDM System.
Samsung Electronics Nov 2017 - Apr 2018: Was working as translator and headman of the hostel.
The main duties were to place each operator to the location, to make a daily attendance report with
working hours for the office and monthly summary report for accounting, to make brief training for
new people, to explain the rules, to answer the questions.
Tekrum Jul 2016 - Sep 2017: The main duties were to control daily parcels b2b, b2c in different
European countries, both shipment and receipt, to coordinate the work of different courier services,
drop shipping, to communicate with the leaders of the departments, managers, operators of the call
centers , warehouses, to revise every month the shipments, the rest of the goods , returns, money, to
make the financial reports, to analyze the statistics.

Appliances","Tekhnoshara "(retail of household and electronic appliances) and" Seconda"(watch
retail), as well as «DEPO't Center» and «Fantasy Town» (real estate management at GC "Foxtrot".
The main duties were to implement complete supply chain and transport management , multimodal
logistics for the external and internal clients of the holding, comprehensive support at the foreign
economic activity including departments of companies "Foxtrot" .To work with Customs
departments as for the cargo import and export, to coordinate the work with customs license
warehouses. To compose and control the full set of the documents for customs clearance, banks, tax
office, to make a report for the financial accounting. To cooperate with the suppliers, transit and
consolidation warehouses, forwarders, carriers, insurance companies. To develop an optimal route
for goods delivery.
VotuM Logistic Oct 2008 - Aug 2009: The main duties were to consult the clients about Customs
duties and demands, to calculate the customs clearance, to prepare full set of the permit documents
for customs declaration and free circulation of the goods. To cooperate with the certification
agencies, to help to get the customs license or accreditation for the company. To collect the
shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, awb, cmr, bill of lading,
price list, contract, export declaration, translation. To compose or cancel customs declaration. To
control the order, delivery, customs operations
K-Trade Ltd Aug 2004 - Oct 2008: The main duties were to receive and check out the order for
shipping, to find the best kind of transportation. To cooperate with the carriers, courier services as a
consignor or consegnee, to provide local logistics. To control the shipments from a little box to a
large vehicle. To import sea, avia, auto freight, to prepare it to customs clearance. To cooperate
with the container terminals and sea ports in Odessa and Chernomorsk , to be in touch with foreign
suppliers and forwarders. To calculate the terms of delivery (Incoterms) and payments, to calculate
the cost price of the production unit considering the customs and transportation expenses. To
control the shipments till the unloading at the warehouse. To make a document workflow. To plan
the budget for the logistics department.

shipping, to control the process of shipment, to create an optimal route and terms of delivery, to
cooperate with customs, permit, state institutions.
