My responsibility involves facilitating communication between the grants department and the education
department, and refining organizational processes to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Additionally, I am
actively involved in generating materials for reporting to donors, providing a comprehensive overview of the
project's progress, achievements, and specific criteria tailored to each project.

In the course of my role, I successfully spearheaded a project aimed at establishing a comprehensive database of
all former students. This endeavor required the formulation of a conceptual framework, followed by its effective
implementation with the support of designated company assistants assigned to the task. Simultaneously, I
assumed leadership roles in managing up to three distinct projects.

I manage student accounts, and student schedules, perform labor

It is also my job to bring as many students as possible to the end of their studies, so periodic motivational support
is also a crucial part of my responsibilities.
