● Preparation and announcement of RFQ/RFPs;
● Preparation of all procurement documents for operational, including bid evaluation reports,
selection and justification memos, sole source justification, notifications to vendors on
awards or rejections, purchase orders, contracts etc;
● Arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for
visiting consultants;
● Ensure procurement and financial procedures comply with MSI and client procedures
and regulations (USAID FAR and AIDAR regulations);
● Provide monitoring and market information analysis for procuring goods and services
from independent contractors and for hiring consultants;
● Collaborate with the Financial Team on payments, contracts, vendors, and consultants,
ensuring all necessary documents are obtained and/or sent out.
● Upon request, gathering material for reporting, publicity, promotional activities,
preparing the quarterly/annual report etc;
● Provide logistical support for conference and workshop organisation;
● Schedule, set up and take notes for SACCI weekly staff meetings.
● Assist the SACCI team in preparing the quarterly / annual report, etc.
● Manage the SACCI program knowledge database and serve as the institutional
memory of the project regarding locating information already produced. Ensure
facilitation of knowledge building and management.

NGO «Ukrainian Association of Music Events»

Music Saves UA is a non-profit fundraising initiative created by the Ukrainian Association of
Music Events to provide immediate humanitarian help to those who need it most right now in
Ukraine, as well as to support the national musical product as a means of countering hostile
propaganda through music.
