Professional and other skills

From what the chief accountant must have: The management of the department of accounting and auditing. Keeping the team healthy working environment. Ensuring its effective work - preservation and enhancement of the company's assets and capital.
Knowledge and practice of conducting all sections of the accounting and tax accounting: banking operations; payroll; cash transactions; leasing; accounting of the movement of inventories; settlements with suppliers and customers, including export and import operations; inventory; timekeeping works, FOP 3 group, Agro 4 group and stuff.
Preparation and delivery of various statistical and tax reports Tax planning, tax optimization (VAT, income tax). Ability to analyze financial and tax reporting.
Development and improvement of the system of material compensation of employees, together with the heads of other departments. Cooperation with programmers in the implementation, refinement, adaptation of ERP systems (accounting, management accounting, economic planning, accounting of indicators of production activities, etc).
