to support crucial decision making, forecasting, and budgeting at company level, based

CAREER HISTORY AND ACHIEVEMENTS

◼ Leading the Transformation Process for two Stockholm airport hotels to One Finance,
- JAN’24 which started in September 2019 and successfully completed by now
◼ Overseeing, directing and administrating, all financial operations of the hotel in the new

reorganized One Finance Model, considering outsourced accounting Accenture, and
new One ERP system integrated new Operational and new Accounting and Reporting
programs to the one ERP, integrated also with RevPack (RMS - IDeaS, Reporting Tool -
Pulse, Forecasting - RevPlan,) ;
◼ Responsible for all month end reporting to Head office, as well to the Owners (Rent and

CAP calculation), GM comments for month end results;
◼ Budgeting and forecasting, handling investment projects;
◼ Leading the Finance, which has been outsourced (Accenture);

◼ Cash Flow management;

◼ Compilation and trainings of Standard operating procedures.

◼ Providing the necessary financial expertise to the Hotels and its representatives, to Area

Support Office Leadership Team where required in order to assist various decision
making processes.
◼ Leading coordination and completion of the reporting activities of the Hotels; analysis

and interpretation of statistical and financial information to appraise profitability,
capital expenditure and performance against comparable periods
◼ Providing an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity, identifying

opportunities aligned to the Hotel’s strategies for improving management controls,
designed to add value, improve the organization’s operations and achieve the
objectives.

 ◼ Directing and controlling the monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
activities of the Hotels, ensuring the production of complete, accurate and timely
information, not being limited to solely financial information.
◼ Ensuring that there are processes in place to adequately review the integrity of the
financial records and processes at a hotel level at both assigned hotels; assisting and
distributing the consolidated Hotels results to Hotel Management/ Owners and
assisting in their interpretation and in developing appropriate on-going actions and
business responses.
◼ Communicating, implementing and maintaining corporate policies and procedures,
corporate reporting and corporate endorsed systems set up , which guarantees the
integrity and accurate presentation of financial results and operational KPI’s, include
ensuring that finance related processes are appropriately documented.
◼ Ensuring all contractual obligations are being adhered to both towards Operator and
Owners, identifying deviations and escalating such issues to the ASO.
◼ Monthly review and reconciliation of the Hotel’s books and records and where
appropriate communicating and meetings with the external Accounting service
providers and Retained Finance organization.
◼ Preparing and updating monthly CAP Utilization (Actual & Forecast) and Intercompany
Transactions for assigned hotels.
◼ In October 2023 both the Hotels have successfully past the full audits with the high score
above 90% - for the full compliance to the hotel corporate and local standards
Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi Georgia (total number of bedrooms is 168) and starting from
EXPERIEN June 2018 - Tsinandali Estate Radisson Collection Hotel (preopening and opening
CE period)

leader in full audit, also CSA and finance audit) in UK & Ireland (Telford, Cork, Edinburgh,
Athlone), in Brussels and Istanbul; and previously – audits in London Heathrow, 2 Hotels
in Dublin, also Hotels in Russia (2 Hotels in Moscow, Hotel in Astrakhan, and in Sochi);
◼ 98.3% score of Batumi Hotel finance audit in 2017 achieved (Hotel was not compliant

before with the finance audit in 2015 and full audit in May 2016),- I've joined the team

 in June 2016 and we worked hard for the Hotel become fully compliant with RHG
standards.
◼ Tsinandali Radisson Hotel Collection opening in June 2018 has been orchestrated by me
from the all financial points of view and operational procedures establishment ,- full
compliance has been proved by Full Audit in 2019 with the high score 97%;
◼ Responsible for other Owner’s projects – as Financial Controller of Iveria Beach Club &
Night Club; support with the reporting and budgeting for Silkroad Hospitality portfolio.
