I am a professor, scholar, and researcher with expertise in public administration, strategic management, and
sustainable development. My work focuses on innovation in governance, well-being in complex systems, and
international academic collaboration. I have authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications in Ukrainian,
English, and Spanish, including articles in Scopus and Web of Science journals. With experience in academic leadership,
research coordination, and curriculum development, I am committed to advancing meaningful, interdisciplinary
