Have finished Law Faculty Kiev National Taras Shevchenko’s University in May 2012 whith the Master degree, GPA - 5.0. I have an honors bachelor's and master's diplomas, GPA - 5.0. Specialization - Civil Law. Master's paper defended on "Individual's right to privacy about their health information (in aspect of civil law)", defended with distinction.
From June 2012 to January 2013 worked as a lawyer in the field of intellectual property in one of the country's leading companies from the production of alcoholic beverages. The main responsibilities were conducting of proceedings on registration, modification, maintaining the validity of trademarks and industrial designs, drafting copyright treaties, agreements on an assignment, license agreements (including in English), making claims, appeals, writing applications, petitions, conducting business correspondence with contractors, both Ukrainian and foreign, and others.
In February 2013 passed an internship at the law firm "Alexandrov and partners." The work mainly concerned to the real estate industry, construction, land and tax law. The main responsibilities were:
- writing analytical reports and legal opinions,
- preparation of powers of attorney, powers of attorney translation into English,
- drafting contracts,
- maintaining correspondence with foreign partners, and others.
I have skills in preparation of documents in field of corporate law - notification shareholders / members about meetings, minutes of the meetings, etc.,
I have profound theoretical and practical knowledge in different fields of law and legislation (civil, commercial, corporate, labor, international law, intellectual property, process, etc.).. Participated in conferences, competitions, have experience writing research papers and reports.
During the study took place in the practice in prosecutor’s office and courts, including the Appeal Court of Kyiv. In 2011 I attended international organizations such as the European Parliament, the European Court of Human Rights, WIPO and others within the program "Study visits to international organizations."
Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages, level of English is Upper Intermediate (certificates of American English Center and Manhattan School (legal english).
I’m a PC user. Computer skills: Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer.
