PROFILE
Experienced import specialist with over 10 years in the full cycle of international trade. For the past 3 years
I have opened and managed import operations in Israel: imports from Europe, customs clearance through
Elishar broker, compliance with the Standards Institute requirements, document workflow in GreenInvoice.
Strengths: optimization of import, shipping and storage costs to improve profitability, negotiations with
suppliers, work with ERP systems, compliance with regulatory requirements. I have strong analytical skills
and use AI tools for automation and reporting.

Import and logistics — primary area of responsibility:
● Organizing and coordinating import shipments from Europe, including daily negotiations with
international suppliers on delivery terms and prices
● Full coordination with customs broker Elishar, the Standards Institute and regulatory authorities until
release of goods from customs

(Parker, Waterman, Cross, Sheaffer, Pentel, Rexel, Durable). Built the company from scratch (2
employees) to ~$1M quarterly turnover and ~50 employees.
Import and logistics — primary area of responsibility:
● Managed full import cycle from 7 countries (USA, Japan, France, Germany and others) for over
5,000 product items
● Direct negotiations and ongoing correspondence with international suppliers, signing long-term
contracts
● Inventory control: order planning based on demand, monitoring of delivery schedules and supplier

storage costs to improve profitability and cash flow, calculation of duties and taxes, control of
supplier settlements, formation of import batch costs.
● IT tools and communication: Excel and Google Sheets — professional level, ERP systems,
GreenInvoice, CRM systems (Kommo), AI tools for automation and reporting (ChatGPT, Claude,
Gemini, NotebookLM). Strong negotiation, communication and project coordination skills —
