Figma I'm holding the positions of both Project Manager and
Desktop Publisher. I have experience managing internal
teams, organizing processes between departments, and
MS Office Package communicating with B2B clients and partners to ensure
(Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, e.g.) effective project execution.
I'm responsible for the entire project cycle - from receiving
the client’s request and clarifying their expectations to the
final delivery of completed materials.
Throughout the process, I coordinate interactions between

multiple departments, organize content refinement, manage
the handover for translation and final layout, and ensure
quality control before the project is sent to the client.
I’ve optimized processes by proposing and developing
Ukrainian English improved workflows, including automation tools (scripts,
macros, plugins), which significantly reduced errors in final
deliverables.
INTERESTS I have successfully managed projects with extremely tight
deadlines, ensuring high quality without unnecessary stress
or panic.
In my communication with clients, I’ve effectively handled
objections, identified their key needs, and persuaded them to
adjust their overall project approach - which resulted in
increased budgets and higher profitability for both the
company and myself.

Braun, KNDS, Rheinmetall, AkzoNobel, LanguageWire, RWS,
and others.
Additionally, I always strive to find an individual approach
when assisting both new and experienced colleagues with
tools or processes they find challenging to understand.
